Make Professionalism Visible

Trust
Before Contact.

International hunters assess risk before they inquire. They are weighing a significant commitment of time and money to an operation they cannot see for themselves. If the online experience feels unclear, inconsistent, or improvised, they move on quietly. Credibility comes from structure, consistency, and clarity.

Clarification

Common
Questions.

Clear answers about the role of Waypoint, what remains with your team, and how the managed service works.

Getting Started

What does our team need to provide?

Your team supplies business information, content, media, approvals, and the booking and commercial decisions only the outfitter can make. Hunt Seeker handles publishing, maintenance, and the technical platform.

How much time will this require?

Once you approve the project and provide the required material, onboarding can be completed in as little as one week. The timeline depends on how quickly your team provides information, media, approvals, and feedback. After launch, Hunt Seeker handles the technical administration.

Do we have to change how we already work?

No. Your team continues to manage bookings, scheduling, accounting, invoicing, and payments through the processes it already uses. Waypoint separately presents the information you choose to share with hunters.

Do we have to manage the platform ourselves?

No. You provide information and approvals. Hunt Seeker manages publishing, updates, maintenance, and the technical systems behind Waypoint.

The Hunter Experience

What do hunters see?

Hunters see the inquiry or trip information your team chooses to share, including progress, documents, requested actions, party details, and proposal or payment references when provided.

What happens when a hunter submits an inquiry?

Waypoint records the request, provides a reference, and sends the configured notifications. Requested dates remain unconfirmed until the outfitter reviews the inquiry and communicates its decision.

Does Waypoint replace personal communication?

No. It makes important information easier to find and reduces repeated questions, but the relationship and personal communication remain with your team.

Can it support groups and complex trips?

Yes. Waypoint can present party roles, custom trip information, shared documents, requested actions, and preparation details for hunters and non-hunters.

Service & Support

What does Hunt Seeker continue to handle?

Hunt Seeker operates and maintains Waypoint, manages publishing and platform updates, resolves technical issues, and makes practical refinements over time.

Who fixes problems?

Hunt Seeker does. Technical maintenance and issue resolution are part of the managed service.

How is Waypoint maintained and improved?

Performance, reliability, traffic, inquiry behavior, and feature usage help inform ongoing improvements to the platform, presentation, and hunter experience.

Pricing & Flexibility

How does pricing work?

Waypoint is a monthly platform subscription, not a one-time website build. Pricing is based on the selected scope, with monthly, quarterly, six-month, and annual billing available.

Can I leave at any time?

Yes. You may cancel future renewal and are never required to begin another billing period. Cancellation, notice, export, and transition terms are stated clearly in the platform agreement.

What happens if I leave?

The service agreement defines the available export of brand assets and hunter information. The underlying platform code and shared functionality do not transfer.

What do I own?

You own your brand and content. Ownership, permitted use, retention, and export of hunter data are governed by the service agreement. Hunt Seeker operates the platform code and shared components.

Bookings, Systems & Payments

Does Waypoint manage or confirm bookings?

No. Waypoint does not create, accept, reject, confirm, modify, schedule, invoice, collect payment for, or otherwise administer bookings. All booking and commercial decisions remain exclusively with the outfitter.

Does it replace or connect to our business systems?

No. Waypoint does not replace or connect to your booking, scheduling, accounting, invoicing, or payment systems. Those systems and processes remain separate.

Does Waypoint invoice or collect hunter payments?

No. It can present proposal details and payment dates your team provides, but the outfitter remains responsible for invoicing, payment instructions, collection, and accounting.
